Andy Bachner

Andy Bachner was born and raised in Fairbanks and is a 3rd generation Alaskan. He really enjoys the Alaskan outdoors and hunting and fishing are two of his favorite pastimes. Andy has been a bush pilot for over 50 years, 25 years of which he was an airline pilot. Andy just celebrated his 30th year in real estate and he really enjoys working with his family and the tenants. He strives to provide quality rental space at reasonable rates and enjoys developing friendships with the tenants..

Isaac Mangum

Isaac Mangum was born in Virginia and raised on a farm. He was brought to Alaska in 1979 while serving in the military. Before his 2004 retirement he was a Supply Officer with the United States Army. Isaac believes a mind is a terrible thing to waste and is constantly on the move and always working. He puts forth 200% effort everyday to keep the tenants of the Bachner Companies happy and he always succeeds!

Maya Rainey

Maya Rainey is the daughter of Andy and Bea Bachner and was born and raised in Fairbanks. She left Fairbanks to attend college and in 2004 graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University, with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She then returned home to take over managing the finances for the family’s business. Maya has a fine attention to detail and takes pride in keeping the company running smoothly. She strives to make decisions that are mutually beneficial for the tenants and the company..

Office Manager 

Laurie

Laurie was born in Wisconsin and came to Alaska as a teenager in 1984 with her sister and brother-in-law, who was stationed at Eielson.  She graduated from Eielson High School in 1985 and has been living in Alaska ever since. She has 3 children, enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, and loves all animals. She owns 2 dogs and cat. She has worked for the Bachner family for the past 8 years.
